All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Each piece is carefully packaged and inspected before shipment. Please review all product details, dimensions, photos, and descriptions before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@daxmartinart.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you to make it right where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are handmade, custom, original, or limited in nature, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale items and gift cards are also final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
